12. Refunds and Money-Back Warranty

This warranty is exclusively applicable to our PDF DIGITAL products and is a testament to our unwavering confidence in the value and quality of these digital offerings.

This Money-Back Warranty allows you, our valued customer, to request a full refund of the purchase price under the following circumstances:

  • The product purchased is a PDF DIGITAL product. Products not meeting this specification are not eligible for a refund under the Money-Back Warranty.
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date. This is a strict period from the date and time of purchase, as recorded by our systems.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team at admin@justawesomebooks.com. Provide your order information along with a brief explanation for your request. Our team will review the request and if the aforementioned conditions are met, approve the refund.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within a set number of days and returned to the original method of payment. The specific timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on the policies of your credit/debit card issuer or bank.

Please note, our Money-Back Warranty policy does not extend to physical goods, services, or any non-PDF digital products. It applies solely to PDF DIGITAL products purchased directly from our website.
